Compose IT released the result of the annual customer survey: Continuing to exceed customer expectation

Compose IT existing customers from Sweden, Finland and Norway have participated in this survey, that reveals that:
– All existing customers could recommend Compose IT as a supplier to other organizations
– Compose IT strengthens its position as a strong competence partner with a high delivery capability
– Increased demand for Compose IT services in new  business areas

This survey has been conducted by the independent consulting company, Great Consulting, who are the market leader in market analyzes. The method for this customer survey has been deep interviews with each individual customer around areas how customers perceive Compose IT as a supplier, as well as the service and fulfillment of the services offered by Compose IT. The survey is also in line with the Compose IT ambition to constantly develop the services in a way that is entirely based on customers’ continued development in areas such as Service Assurance, IT Service Management and Application Performance Management.
